We were proud to be awarded the contract by K&C Construction to supply and fit flooring across 45 new homes at their latest development in Bodelwyddan, North Wales, built for Clwyd Alyn.

The scheme sits just opposite Ysbyty Glan Clwyd and includes a mix of 1 and 2-bed apartments and 3-bed family homes. Designed to be energy efficient, modern and comfortable, it’s part of Clwyd Alyn’s wider programme to create high-quality, affordable homes across the region.

Flooring Throughout the Homes

This was a multi-plot residential project, so we focused on delivering durable, good-looking flooring that would stand up to everyday family life. The package included a full mix of materials suited to each space:

Kitchens & Hallways
- Polysafe Wood FX in Rustic Oak – a hardwearing safety vinyl with a natural wood look.
Communal Stairs & Landings
- Polysafe Acoustic in Rustic Oak – with added comfort and sound reduction for shared areas.
Bathrooms & Wet Rooms
- Polysafe Quattro in Sea Spray – ideal for wet areas, with strong slip resistance.
Living Rooms & Bedrooms
- Treasure Twist carpet in Silver or Grey Pearl, depending on the plot – soft and practical.
Stair Nosings (Communal Areas)
- Genesis NSL15 aluminium nosings with Midnight inserts – sleek and safe.

A Smooth Delivery Across 45 Homes

We worked closely with the team at K&C to keep things running smoothly as homes were finished in phases. With a mix of product types and finishes across the site, attention to detail was key – and we’re really pleased with how the finished homes came together.
